Sobha Group

Sobha Group was founded in 1976 by Puthan Naduvakkatt Chenthamaraksha Menon, also known as P. N. C. Menon. Initially, it began as an interior decoration and furniture-making business in Oman before expanding to real estate development across India, the UAE, and other regions. PNC Menon, known for his craftsmanship and vision, was involved in completing luxury projects, including Oman’s Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque and palaces in Brunei. The company’s commitment to excellence led to its prominence across the Middle East and India. After that, it became known for its high-quality construction and design. By 1995, Sobha entered India’s real estate market, further solidifying its status as a top-tier developer. With a mission to set new benchmarks in real estate, Sobha prioritises quality, sustainability, and client satisfaction. The company is headquartered in Bangalore, India, with a significant presence in Dubai with a focus on ultra-luxury residential projects. Its UAE arm, Sobha Realty, is responsible for developments like Sobha Hartland, a high-profile project in Dubai’s Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City, known for luxury residences and vast green spaces. Sobha’s integrated business model includes in-house divisions that handle every project phase to ensure top standards are met from design to completion.
